Each piece that is ordered from us is bespoke and made to your exact requirements, Therefore we ask that you please allow upto 21 days for delivery of your bespoke order.
We can often fast track this process upon request but you must ARRANGE THIS WITH US PRIOR TO PAYMENT
We recycle packaging where possible
Orders wil be dispatched by Recorded delivery and we will email you with tracking details once your order has been posted
RETURNS
We are passionate about our work,and our design process is in place to make absolutly sure that you are totally happy with your order before it is shipped.
We will only send by signed for and insured post.
Please contact me within 48 hours in the unlikely event of your item being damaged or faulty. Goods must be returned for replacement only, within 10 days in original packaging and unworn, by special delivery.
Bespoke items will be replaced if faulty but no refund will be given as these are custom made.
worn items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We do not offer refunds on custom made orders
